If you make a purchase using a credit card we do not keep any of the information contained in the card data, or indeed any other details related to the card. Indeed, this information never reaches Duvetopia, given that it’s an external payment platform which carries out the operation; normally Paypal.

We retain the information regarding your orders as we may need this to quickly solve any urgent matter which may arise concerning your purchase.

We also keep any e-mail addresses which you may use to communicate with us, as this helps us to identify you and help you to sort out any query you may have in relation with our products or services.

If you subscribe to our newsletter we only keep your e-mail address, as this permits us to send you information, offers, exclusive discounts, etc. At any moment you can ask us to stop  sending  you any more newsletters.

You can ask for, at any given moment, the elimination of any of your personal information from our data base. If you want us to do this, simply send us an e-mail. We will eliminate all your personal information, although we will have to retain that which is necessary for the shipment of your orders. This data is required for tax purposes only.
