DERMOFRESH Technology is the perfect combination of the best natural fibre fabric, Tencel, with a special breathable waterproof membrane. We call this membrane ‘Second-skin’. 

The ‘Second-skin’ membrane behaves as if it were indeed a second skin; it breathes, is waterproof, elastic, makes no noise and is invisible to the eye. Above all, it doesn’t interfere at all with the luxurious comfort of your pillows and mattresses. 

THE FABRIC TENCEL. 

TENCEL, just like other natural fibres such as cotton or bamboo, is 100% vegetable and is created from the pulp of the Eucalyptus tree, using a system which is 100% ecological.

THE MEMBRANE   ‘Second-skin´

This membrane is to be found on the underside of the fabric, is elastic, breathes, makes no noise, cannot be seen and is 100% waterproof. It is perfect for pillows or mattresses. 

Thanks to the membrane ‘Second-skin’ on your sheets and pillow cases, you can successfully protect your pillows and mattresses from perspiration stains or spillages of any kind. It also offers you the comfort of a 100% natural sheet or pillow case, and the perfect protective cover for your mattresses and pillows. 

The make-up of the membrane ‘Second-skin’ is similar to that of our own skin:

• It repels liquids
• It is breathable
• It doesn’t create heat or produce noise
• It is imperceptible to the eye
• It can be machine washed at up to 60 degrees centigrade, just like any other sheet or   pillow case.

Thanks to the membrane ‘Second-skin’ no liquids or perspiration can pass through it to damage your pillow or mattress, but yet at the same time it permits natural breathing to take place and retains for you all the comfort of a high quality ecological sheet or pillow case.
