Our success depends on looking after you and all our clients, something about which we are immensely proud. Legal documents are almost always confusing and complicated to understand. It is because of that and because we want things to be clear, we deal with this matter here as simply as possible.

  • Any query will be dealt with by us if you write to us at info@duvetopia.com . It will be a pleasure for us to reply, and we will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.
  • We have taken great care to make sure that everything on our website is correct. However, if you find a mistake we would appreciate it very much if you would let us know. Thank you.
  • You can cancel or send back your order within a period of 10 days after having received it. The article(s) must be received by us in the same condition as when you received them.
  • For your security we do not store your credit card details.
  • We would like to keep you up to date with our new products and special offers. We will send you this information by e-mail. You can let us have your email address easily by using the subscribing box at the bottom of our home page. We shall only send information which we think will help you. Our Contents

We have prepared, with the greatest of care, the information on our website, above all when making sure that prices, descriptions and the presentation of our products are correct. In case we have inadvertently made a mistake, we will correct this as soon as possible. And in case any error on our part has in any way affected a purchase made by a client we will put this right immediately.

 

Purchases

Once you have made a purchase you will receive a mail from us confirming this. This is only by way of information to let you know that we have indeed received the order but not to say that we accept it. Once we have received the complete payment together with the shipping costs (In case any exist ), we will send you an e-mail which will represent our acceptation of the purchase.

By law we have to reserve the right to turn down orders before accepting them.

All our products are subject to availability. We always maintain a good stock of items, but occasionally (In very few instances)  we may be out of stock of a specific product and in such a case we will advise you, and let you know the date of delivery. This of course will always be with your agreement.

 

Refunds and returned merchandise

Whatever happens we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Because of this we offer you the opportunity to try out your purchase for a period of 10 days dating from the day you receive it at the delivery address you have given us. If after these ten days you are not satisfied with the item(s) bought you can ask for a refund or receive a different article.

If you cancel an order, or part of an order, the products in question must be in perfect condition and in the same condition as when you received them. Should this not be the case we cannot accept the article(s) back. All returned purchases must be in their original box or packaging.

We offer you free shipment for items returned from Spanish peninsular territory or from the United Kingdom (mainland destinations only, see conditions).

If you receive a damaged product or if a product is missing at the time of delivery, you must let us know within 48 hours or within 2 working days. After this time we cannot be held responsible for any product which is damaged or lost.

Do not worry. In Duvetopia we take care of our clients and want to ensure security and a serious approach at all times. In the case of any inconvenience experienced by you during your relationship with us, we want to solve it as quickly and as flexibly as possible.

 

Ownership

Both the software and the contents found on our website belong to Duvetopia.  Whatever unauthorized use of these contents, whether it be copy, manipulation, distribution, reproduction, or storage (Partial or total) of the material in question, it is entirely prohibited.

 

Promotions, competitions, campaigns, discount codes and special offers

In order to take advantage of our promotions or special offers we may need to ask you for your name, address or e-mail so that we are able to apply the appropriate discount.
