Delivery Information

We know only too well how important it is for you to receive your purchase in your home as soon as possible. Because of this, one of our most important concerns is to send them to you as soon as we can, and within 48 hours of receiving your order. We need approximately 3 days to get your order to your doorstep.  After only 4 days therefore, and when the appropriate payment has been made, you will be able to enjoy what you have bought from us.  Buying from us is as easy and as quick as that!

We have selected GLS and TOURLINE EXPRESS as our main couriers, knowing from experience that they are experts in the field and that they treat merchandise professionally and with all the necessary care and attention. If you are not at home when your goods are delivered don’t worry, arrangements can be made for you to receive the purchase when it is convenient for you.

You can pay for your purchase by credit card, or bank transfer. In case you decide to choose the latter option, delivery may take an extra two days, as bank transfers can take a little longer.  Of course we shall let you know by telephone the moment your transfer has been approved, and delivery will be made as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event that the article you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know by email or telephone, and if you agree to wait we will advise you when delivery can take place. We will also let you have the tracking number of your order so that you can monitor delivery times yourself. Should you require a specific delivery date or time we will do our utmost to comply with your requirements. You will appreciate that exact delivery times depend to a great extent on the courier, his work load, timetabling and delivery routing, but at all times we will do our best to deliver on time and at your convenience.
