Because of this, we give you the opportunity to try out our products without obligation or commitment for seven days. If what you have bought doesn’t meet your expectations and you would like to change the article, simply contact us and we will arrange for our shippers to come to your house to pick up the article in question. The same delivery person will bring you the new replacement product and take away the one you don’t require.
Should the new product cost less than the initial article bought, we shall pay back to you the difference the moment we receive the returned article. If the new article costs more then we shall get in touch with you so that you can pay the difference involved. When returning an article to us we would ask you to kindly to wrap the article carefully in its original packing before giving it to the courier.
Unfortunately, we can only accept the return of pillows, down slippers or sheets in the unlikely event they have a flaw in manufacture. In order to receive any products returned by the client, such products must in be in perfect condition and should not have been washed.
